For users
The information provided by VFR airports not included in the Hungarian AIP, which is provided by 6/2022. (VII. 27.) TIM decree.
There are two types of maps that follow the guidelines set by ICAO (Non-ICAO certified!):
VAC (Visual Approach Chart): This scale map provides flight crew with information that allows them to approach the visual flight rules after a route flight / descent section chart.
ADC (Aerodrome Chart): This non-scale map provides flight crew with information that facilitates the movement of aircraft on the ground between the stand and the runway.
Both charts can be downloaded in one file in pdf format. Printed on A4 paper, we get both on one sheet.
For aerodrome operators
Aviation Law 1995 XCVII. Act [Lt.]:
§ 41. (1a) If the airport is not included in the AIP, a reference to the source containing the landing fee or a detailed description of the fee shall be published in the publication on visual flight according to the rules of visual flight specified in the Ministerial Decree on Aeronautical Information.
61 / B. § (2) The publication on visual flight according to the rules of visual flight shall be issued by the organization providing the central air traffic information service in Hungarian and English after consultation with the aviation authority.

6/2022. (VII. 27.) TIM Decree - on the organisation of aeronautical information and the provision of aeronautical information services:
4. Provisions on the publication of aeronautical information on visual flight rules
§ 12. Air traffic data and information on Class I, II, III or IV airports which are not among the airports defined in § 5. (Note: Airports published in the AIP) shall be published by AIS in the publication of aeronautical information on visual flight rules. The publication in the Visual Flight Rules publication shall be initiated by the airport operator.
6/2022. (VII. 27.) TIM Decree § 13. The data and information to be published in the publication on visual flight rules shall be submitted to AIS by the airport operator as specified in the data provision agreement concluded between it and AIS.
The airport must enter into a formal agreement with HungaroControl AIS. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) describes the reporting obligations of the two parties. The agreement does not contain any payment obligations.
When concluding a formal agreement, HungaroControl AIS will provide a data sheet to be completed by the airport. The data and information in the data sheet will be published in the publication and, in part, HungaroControl AIS will create the maps to be included in the publication.
HungaroControl AIS ensures that the VFR Manual is up-to-date with annual updates.
1. The airport operator will contact the HungaroControl AIS department at the e-mail address vfrmanual@hungarocontrol.hu.
2. The AIS department of HungaroControl requests the basic data from the airport operator, then prepares and sends the draft SLA and the data request table to the airport operator.
3. The operator indicates his comments on the draft SLA or the acceptance of the contents of the draft SLA to the AIS department of HungaroControl, and then signs and returns the final SLA sent.
4. The operator fills in and returns the data table.
5. The AIS department of HungaroControl publishes the received data in the VFR Manual.
