37. Local aerodrome regulations
The airport may only be used with the permission of the airport operator. The permission can be obtained by calling the mobile number +36 70 579 66 50 or in person, in English and Hungarian. The permission for the use of the airport cannot be obtained via radio on the frequency published by the airport. If the aircraft uses the airport for low overtaking, touch and go or landing without permission, it will result in a criminal complaint. Day and night, departure, separation, approach and landing must be carried out in accordance with the general rules specified in Section 3 of the Annex to the SERA Regulation. The pilot-in-command of the aircraft shall provide the following information on the assigned frequency: Upon arrival, in addition to the provisions of SERA 6005. a) 2.: - point of entry into the aerodrome area; - point of joining the aerodrome traffic circle; - position of the aircraft on the traffic circle. On departure from the aerodrome: - aircraft call sign, type; - commencement of aircraft taxi; - taxi onto the runway; - commencement of take-off run; - position of the aircraft on the traffic circle; - expected point of exit. In case of overflight: - aircraft call sign, type; - estimated point, time and altitude of entry and exit, and QNH value set by the pilot; - situation reports as required. Practical flight training, with the lowest possible environmental noise exposure, following noise abatement procedures, must be carried out on weekdays, during daylight hours. Night flights can be carried out until 10 p.m. local time. An aircraft capable of performing night flights must have an alternate night aerodrome and sufficient reserve fuel to ensure safe transfer to the alternate aerodrome at any stage of the flight. Night training flights can be carried out with a maximum of 3 aircraft at a time, with one aircraft preferably on the traffic circle at a time. For more information, see the Airport Rules.

38. Noise abatement procedures
When performing take-offs, landings, approaches and arrivals, with helicopters, populated areas must be avoided. In the case of airplanes, if it does not affect the safety of the flight, flying over populated areas must be avoided. In order to reduce noise pollution, the following procedures must be followed. Demonstration flights that are expected to result in a significant increase in noise pollution may be carried out with the prior approval of the local authorities. Engine testing to be performed during maintenance can be carried out on weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm local time. For more information, see the Airport Rules.
