37.  Local aerodrome regulations

The airport can only be used with the prior permission of the airport manager.
Aircraft performing local movements:
Ground movement of aircraft may only be carried out in the presence and with the permission of the aircraft commander.
Aircraft may taxi at a maximum speed of 30 km/h on the runway and 5 km/h on the apron.
Various types of flying activities (hang gliders (towed and towed), SEL, UL, helicopter, autogiro, motorised, hot air balloon, balloon, paraglider, model aircraft, UAV, etc.) can be carried out separately at the airport, taking into account the length of the runway.
When performing any type of flying activity, and in compliance with the Hungarian legislation, professional rules and international treaties applicable to air transport, it must be observed that no motorised aircraft, glider, paraglider, hang glider or other aircraft may be launched simultaneously on the same school circuit in the same direction, and that the next take-off may only be performed after the first round has been completed. Separation on approach is the responsibility of the pilot in command.
Aircraft are started at the pilot-in-command's responsibility, after he has ascertained that there are no persons, vehicles or other obstacles in the vicinity of the aircraft.
Only daytime VFR traffic is allowed at the airport!
During ground taxiing, it is the responsibility of the pilot in command to exercise due care for the safety of other aircraft and equipment on the aerodrome and of any persons who may be present.
Air-to-air communication is carried out on the Unicom frequency in force at all times, under the responsibility of the pilots in command.
Of the two traffic circles at the airport, only the traffic circle on the east side of the airport can be used. The turning points of the airport traffic circle are as follows:
Turning point – NW: end of the row of houses in the northern part of Sitke village.
Turning point – SW: west side of the round forest hill.
Turning point – SE: north behind the basalt mine pit.
Turning point – NE: in the forest area behind the village of Sitke, in the extension of the large metal agricultural building.
Shortening the airport traffic circle and flying over the settlement of Sitke (western circle) is prohibited.
When taking off from runway 33, a LEFT school circle can be flown, from runway 15 a RIGHT school circle can be flown.
Dsiconnection: From the 2nd-3rd round of the school circle, with continuous climb.
Connection: for the 2nd-3rd round of the traffic circle. The school circle height is 1600' AMSL.
The coordination of daily operations is organized by the responsible manager or his deputy on a daily basis depending on the weather and flight operations.
The operator tries to keep wild animals away, but their appearance cannot be ruled out.
The airport's operating area serves as a kind of safety strip for taxiing and landing. Activities permitted on the operating area include: engine checks, engine warm-up, brake checks.

38.  Noise abatement procedures

In order to protect and reduce noise in residential areas, motorized and auxiliary aircraft use designated school zones and avoid flying over settlements. Deviations from this are only possible with particularly strict compliance with the rules for flights over residential areas (SERA 5005), as well as in the case of rescue, HM, BM, water management, special agricultural, and disaster management flights.
The engines of aircraft launched on the ground should only be started to the extent and for the necessary time.
