37. Local aerodrome regulations
Flight activities that can be performed at the airportAt the airport, various flying activities (paraglider /towed and winched/, SES, UL, glider, /towed and winched/ motor glider, motorized, rotary wing, hot air balloon, parachute, airship, paraglider, flight modeler, etc.) can be carried out separately and also together.Miscellaneous provisions and regulations applicable to the airport:Flying at the airport is only possible with the operator's prior permission! /Except for emergency aircraft/ The airport can only be used by a person who is familiar with the airport regulations and accepts its conditions. The operator of the airport will take immediate action against those who violate the airport regulations! The area of the airport is a lawn area used for non-agricultural purposes - sports activities and recreational purposes, as well as an area used temporarily for leisure purposes! Outside of the vegetation period of the declared crops, flights for sports, recreation and leisure purposes can be carried out on it, so that it does not endanger the main agricultural activity and does not exceed 60 days a year. The driver of the departing aircraft is obliged to inform the receiving airport before departure that he will start the flight from the airport /small airport/ defined in Regulation 1254/2009/EU, unless the receiving airport is also a small airport. In the case of carrying out any flight activity at Pusztaszer West Airport, in addition to complying with Hungarian legislation, occupational rules and international agreements regarding aviation, the following regulations must be observed:Local rules for the operation of individual plants:Motorized airplanes, gliders, gliders, hang gliders, or other aircraft may not be launched at the same time on the school circuit in the same direction. The owner / and commander / of the aircraft that caused it is responsible for any damage resulting from unauthorized use.In case of joint operation, the aircraft must maintain continuous two-way radio contact. In the case of skydiving, the general rules for skydiving must be observed. During the jump, no aircraft may stay in the entire cross-section of the jump airspace - with the exception of the plane transporting the parachutists. During the jump, the aircraft cannot move on the ground, they must wait with the engine turned off until the last jumper arrives on the ground. The availability of the airport is adjusted to the area's registered agricultural sector. The realization of this is a primary concern, for this reason there are periods when it cannot be used. The airport is only available after prior consultation, /with the exception of emergency aircraft/ its service and informational signs, /threshold sign, curb sign, etc./ equipment are only displayed for the duration of the flights.Local restrictions and rules:Only daytime VFR flights can be conducted at the airport, the weather minimum is:Cloud base: 450 mHorizontal visibility: 5000m

The location of the airport makes it possible to carry out the school circuit from the village side too. In this case, it must be built in such a way that the 'long wall' is outside the residential area be avoided. In case of deviation (e.g. in the case of walking flights over the city, etc.) only the inhabited areas with particularly strict compliance with the rules for the execution of flights above as well as ambulance, HM, BM, water, special-agricultural, disaster prevention possible for flights.
