37.  Local aerodrome regulations

According to the agreement with the nearby Pusztaszer West airport, they will inform each other before the flight starts, agree on the flight tasks and only then start the flight.
Engine start-up is at the discretion of the pilot, subject to safety regulations.
General rules:
- No person shall be in front of the aircraft during engine start-up.
- The assist may stand laterally in the area behind the propeller - at the wingtip.
- If the type's operating manual requires the use of a fire extinguisher for starting, the assistance of a qualified person - mechanic or pilot - should be used.
- Only qualified personnel shall approach the powered-lift aircraft.
- If the aircraft is equipped with position lights, they must be operated before take-off.
An engine test may be conducted by the pilot on the runway or on the field of operations in the take-off position.
The aircraft commander is responsible for the safe ground movement of the aircraft.
Only aircraft with a reference runway length, i.e. the minimum runway length required for take-off, as defined in the flight operating instructions, equal to the available runway length, and with the prior permission of the owner to use the aerodrome, may use the aerodrome for take-off and landing, except in an emergency.
For more information, see the current Airport Rules.

38.  Noise abatement procedures

The preferred direction for take-off is 220° even in light tailwinds and 40° for landing. Avoid flying over the village of Pusztaszer.
Over the livestock farm at a distance of 700 m from the threshold of the airport at 290° from the threshold of the airport 04, fly over with reduced door power only, avoiding the area if possible.
The procedures specified in paragraph 12.$ (4) a) and b) of Joint Decree 18/1997 (X.11.) of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Protection, Transport and Communications (MPA) No. 18/1997 (X.11.) are not carried out in the vicinity of the airport, no training or calibration flights are conducted, no procedures are normally carried out over the surrounding settlements and the airport is not subject to ICAO regulations.
No idling of engines, operation of auxiliary power units, operation of various types of boosters, engine testing during maintenance is permitted at the airport, except for the required pre-take-off engine test, which must be performed on the runway and is therefore equivalent to take-off noise.
