37.  Local aerodrome regulations

According to SERA 5005, generally for aircraft as defined in Decree 56/2016 (XII.22) NFM.
Radio contact and reporting of departing aircraft to Balaton Info; 134,585 MHz
Nagykanizsa Airport is located near Sármellék TIZ2. The Sármellék CTA/TIZ - 22900 m AMSL / 600 m. AMSL. The AFIS of Sármellék must be ensured at all times to be aware of the traffic in Nagykanizsa and to be able to provide mutual information, therefore:
In the Nagykanizsa area, the frequency 135.710 MHz can be used for the Nagykanizsa traffic circle except TIZ. There is no permanent radio service at the airfield.
The use of Nagykanizsa Airport must be authorised in writing or by telephone by the operator's representative (operations or airport manager).
The owner/operator of the aircraft causing the damage is liable for any damage resulting from unauthorised use.
Only devices equipped with an operational radio may take part in the flight operation.
(motorised aircraft, UL, glider, movit, helicopter, hot-air balloon, model aircraft may be operated separately or in combination).
If the flying equipment is equipped with a transponder, it must be used during the flight.
As there is no refuelling service at the airport, you can refuel your flying equipment and outside the hangar, in the area in front of the hangar, with a separate fuel, with the preparation of a fire extinguisher.
Only the designated runway may be used for take-off and landing by powered aircraft, except in the case of glider towing, in the case of glider operations, the operational field may be used by glider aircraft and towing aircraft, depending on the wind direction and traffic. The glider operator is responsible for coordination during the use of the runway and the operational field. The two areas must not interfere with each other during flight operations.
For more information, see the Airport Rules.

38.  Noise abatement procedures

The preferred direction for take-off is between 190 and 10 degrees, even in light tailwinds, and for landing between 190 and 10 degrees. After take-off, maintain the take-off heading and climb. No other procedure is required to reduce noise.
The airport is located away from populated areas and therefore no noise buffer zone has been established to reduce noise from ground operations. Regardless of this, engine operations may be carried out only for the time necessary.
