38.  Noise abatement procedures

Aerobatic practice flights can only be conducted in the Drop Zone during airport operating hours.
In order to reduce the noise impact and for the convenience of residential areas, practice flights are prohibited daily before 09:00 LT, between 12:00 LT and 14:00 LT and on Sundays and red-letter holidays.
Aerobatics may be conducted after 18:30 hours (LT) only with the permission of the airport manager.
Exceptions to these restrictions are national and international events and competitions; the public will be notified of the expected times of these events and competitions.
When taking off and landing, pilots shall endeavour not only to avoid inhabited areas, but also to minimise disturbance to animals in the open air
