37.  Local aerodrome regulations

For those wishing to use the airport, flights are regulated as follows:
Only aircraft equipped with and using a radio with a working 8.33 MHz channel assignment and with prior notification may use the airport.
The pilot in command of an aircraft approaching or using the aerodrome shall be required to report his/her intentions and position, including at least the intentions and procedures for landing, take-off, approach and departure, and the positions of school districts.
Compliance with the SSR response transponder operation rules described in SERA.13001 is mandatory as follows:
If an aircraft is equipped with an operational SSR transponder, the pilot shall operate the transponder at all times during flight, whether the aircraft is inside or outside airspace in which SSR is used for air traffic services purposes.
An airport is a special airport for civil use not open to public traffic within the meaning of Lt.37(1)(ba), which, except in the cases provided for in paragraphs 41.$(6) to (7), may be used on the basis of a licence issued by the operator.
Fees are payable for the use of the airport, the rates of which can be found on the airport's website: https://www.lhkk.hu/pilotak
The primary way to check-in is via the website: https://www.lhkk.hu, under Pilots, through the Landing Procedures Reporting (PPR) menu.
In the event of website maintenance or malfunction, landing reporting is possible only by e-mail, using info@lhkk.hu.
IMPORTANT
All aircraft crews intending to use Kiskunlacháza Airport are obliged to indicate their intention to land in advance through one of the above-mentioned options. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the person submitting the PPR to ensure that the information provided in the pre-notification questionnaire is accurate and meets the formal and substantive requirements.
Without any prior notification, the activity of the aircraft and its crew using the airport will be considered as an unauthorised use.
Exceptions are made for state, military, law enforcement, disaster relief aircraft and their personnel in an emergency situation, but only for the purpose of performing the rescue mission. Use for training purposes does not constitute a rescue mission and is not exempted.
Frequency in use: 124.035 CH
Caller name: LACHAZA_TRAFFIC, transmitting coordinate: N 47°10'03" E 19°04'44"
Airspace characteristics assigned to the channel: C-25/40 (Cylindrical airspace with a radius of 25 NM around the airport, height FL40)
If the arriving aircraft does not have radio contact, the "aircraft with radio failure" procedure should be carried out by the pilot of the aircraft. No training flight shall be conducted in the absence of radio contact.
WARNING!
LHB27 Kiskunság - Nord I (GND-1000 FT AGl, all year round) is bordered from east-southeast.
The airport operator will share available information on aircraft data on landings in environmentally restricted airspace with the Kiskunság National Park upon request.
Please note that the presence of wildlife cannot be excluded.
