37.  Local aerodrome regulations

At the AD, various types of flying activities (powered, glider, gyro, UL) can be carried out separately or together. When performing any flying activity, the following regulations must be observed at the airport, in compliance with aviation laws, occupational rules, and international agreements:
- The AD may be used, and aviation operations may be organized at the AD, only with the prior approval of the operator, except for aircraft in emergency situations.
- There is no air traffic control service at the AD, therefore, the approach, as well as landings and takeoffs, can be carried out based on prior coordination with the AD operator, with two-way radio communication, and in compliance with the relevant aviation regulations.
In terms of engine start, aircraft tiedown, and ground movement, the AD operator does not prescribe specific procedures. The AD operator takes into account the applicable aviation regulations and the aircraft flight manuals for the aircraft in question, and requests compliance with these.
After departure from runway 33 avoid entering Kiskunság South (LHB29) bird sanctuary airspace below 450 m (1500 feet) AGL.
Traffic pattern altitude on 15 left and 33 right is 480 m (1600 feet) AGL, and on 15 right and 33 left it is 300 m (1000 feet) AGL.
The AD operator does not have any procedures for landing and takeoff that deviate from the AA, visual flight rules, and the most recent aircraft flight manual for the specific aircraft.
For more information, see the Airport Rules.

38.  Noise abatement procedures

Considering that the airport's traffic patterns do not affect populated areas and do not even approach them, the AD operator does not prescribe any airport usage or takeoff and landing procedures aimed at reducing environmental noise pollution.
Due to the location of the airport, the AD operator does not prescribe any procedures to reduce noise pollution resulting from ground operations.
In order to avoid potential noise pollution, the AD operator emphasizes the importance of complying with the AA and visual flight rules regarding the order of entry into and exit from the traffic patterns.
