37.  Local aerodrome regulations

Only persons authorized by the operator or the responsible manager of the airport or members of other organizations may enter, land and take off at the airport, except for emergency landings.
Only those persons who have read and accepted the rules described in the airport regulations and confirmed this with their signature may land and take off at the airport.
All movements within the operational area may only take place based on instructions determined in accordance with daily flight operations and given in advance, at a maximum speed of 15 km/h.
Aircraft may travel on the apron at a maximum speed of 5 km/h.

Aircraft mover in and out of the hangar may only take place with the engine stopped.
Aircraft movement by engine may be carried out by taxiing to a holding point, a rest area, a refueling point, or, in the case of helicopters, by air taxiing.
Aircraft may be parked on a line perpendicular to the hangar entrance, in the extended line of the two side walls of the hangar.
Glider ground handling can be done by human power or by towing vehicle. During the ground handling of gliders, airport traffic must not be disturbed or obstructed.
The daily operations are organized by the airport operator depending on the weather and flight operations or various flight operations.
Motorized aircraft can use 33 right and 15 left traffic circles, non-motorized aircraft fly on 33 left and 15 right traffic circles. This can be deviated from during the daily coordination of the responsible manager or his/her delegate. (e.g. variable towing airspace, etc.)
The height of the traffic circles is 1600 feet AMSL for motorized fixed-wing aircraft. For non-motorized aircraft based on the safe operation of the flight.
The airport area is not fenced. The operator tries to keep wild animals away, but does not assume responsibility for their appearance.

The airport can be used for all the listed activities, but prior consultation with the operator is required. Maximum take-off weight 5.7 tons.

38.  Noise abatement procedures

Except for take-off and landing, motorized aircraft are not allowed to fly above Kecskéd village and the Majki recreation area at an altitude lower than 300 meters AGL.

When taking off, the entire length of the runway must be used to gain as much height as possible.

When using runway direction 33, a slight right deviation is mandatory after reaching 50 meters in order to reduce noise in the populated area.

At a safe altitude, it is recommended to use a power reduction permitted according to the aircraft's flights manual in order to reducing noise pollution.
