37.  Local aerodrome regulations

At the LHKA Airport, various SES, UL, motorized, hot air balloon, parachute, flying activities can be carried out separately and together. When carrying out any aviation activity, the Hungarian aviation legislation, the rules of the profession and the international treaties must be observed.
At LHKA Airport, the "service" is: during operating hours, the person designated by the AEROPORT KALOCSA EGYESÜLET as the operator to carry out the daily communication (taxiing, take-off, landing, etc.).
Local rules on the implementation of individual holdings and the cooperation of parallel holdings with each other and with the service:
The main rule to be taken into account for the equipment of working areas is that priority shall be given to operations on the designated runway.
In the designated runway and in concrete or grass areas outside it, the following rules shall apply parallel operation is not permitted.
The starting points and operating areas shall be located on either side of each other with direct radio communication with each other.
In order to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of flights, all flights shall on each flight day, prior coordination is required before the commencement of each activity.
If there are several types of operations at and around the LHKA Airport, the LHKA Airport Service determines the equipment of the take-off site and segregation of the site and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the different work during the day.
The LHKA Airport Service shall operate from the start of operations until the end of take-off.
A person on duty on duty may only operate a flight from a suitable deputy in the care of a suitable replacement.
In the case of two types of operations at the LHKA Airport they will always fly school circuits in opposite directions. In the case of multiple operations aircraft with engines on one school circuit are operated in the other on the other circuit.
At the same time, on the same school circuit in the same direction, a powered aircraft, an kite, may not be launched by unpowered aircraft. On any school circuit, the next take-off may be made only after the first round of the previous take-off first landing.
Unpowered aircraft may only cross the flight path above 400 m neutral field between operations.
Powered aircraft (powered aircraft, powered UL aircraft, powered UL aircraft, powered hang gliders) may operate from the designated concrete runway. Powered flight 300 m or 200 m altitude school circle, depending on the height of the or small school circle.
Parachute and aerobatic operations only with a valid DropZone airspace application valid cooperation agreements concluded with HungaroControl Zrt. and MH LVIK and the relevant flight and parachute and parachute regulations.
In the case of parachute jumps, in addition to compliance with the relevant general rules, the in cooperation with the LHKA Airport Service, the ground radio equipment operator shall, for the duration of the jump, maintain the entire cross-section of the DropZone airspace aircraft, paragliders, etc., or aircraft moving on the ground, vehicles on the ground and to secure the airspace.
Aerobatics, after consultation with the LHKA Airport Service, are only possible in the predefined airspace.
The LHKA Airport is located near the PAKSI Nuclear Power Plant, therefore the airport may only be approached and departed from the West with this in mind.
Any person (aircraft driver, ground radio equipment operator, motor vehicle operator, etc.) carrying out any independent activity (flight, transport, etc.) at LHKA Airport, in its airspace, must have a prior examination of the LHKA Airport Rules by the operating organisation and comply with the relevant regulations!
A written record of the examination must be kept by the licence holder during his stay at the LHKA Airport and must be presented to the persons and organisations authorised to carry out checks.
For more information, see the Airport Rules.

38.  Noise abatement procedures

In order to protect residential areas and reduce noise, powered and unpowered aircraft are required to establish school circles (small and large) and to make take-offs and landings without affecting residential areas.
Deviations from this (e.g.: for flights over a settlement, etc.) are only allowed for flights over inhabited areas. (e.g. minimum altitude of 400 m, etc.), particularly strict compliance with the rules for flights over built-up areas.
Pre-flight operations on the ground (engine testing), resulting should be carried out only for the minimum time necessary to reduce noise, immediately before taxiing onto the runway.
Post-flight operations on the ground (engine cool-down) must be carried out only for the minimum time necessary to reduce the resulting noise.
Other operations on the ground (engine maintenance, engine running, testing, etc.) must be carried out only during the day, between 08.00 and 18.00, in order to reduce the resulting noise.
At LHKA Airport, the exposure limit for noise from aircraft operations is LTH = 65 dB during the day (06.00 to 22.00) and LTH = 55 dB at night (22.00 to 06.00), for the L AM, kö rating level. Noise exposure limits in residential areas to be protected from noise to be met.
