37.  Local aerodrome regulations

For runway 33 only left, for runway 15 only right school circle can be flown at l600 FT AMSL.
Disconnect: From turn 3 of the school circuit, with continuous climb
Connect: To turn 2 of the traffic circle
No flying below 1600 FT AGL above the surrounding nature reserves - as shown in the annex.
Only aircraft whose commander has been authorised by the operator to use the airport may use the airport.
The operator will endeavour to keep wild animals out, but their presence cannot be excluded.
No idling of engines, operation of auxiliary power units, operation of various charging aggregators for engine testing during maintenance is permitted on the aerodrome, except for the required pre-take-off engine test, which must be performed on the runway and is therefore equivalent to noise during take-off.
The engine must be run under the conditions specified in the air operations manual for the minimum time and with the minimum noise impact, with due care for the safety of persons and the blowing of objects. Stroking shall be carried out outside the runway in a closed condition. Aircraft must be manually propelled where justified, otherwise by their own powerplant.
Except in the case of landing and take-off, and except as specifically authorised by the competent authority, VFR flights shall not be conducted.
In densely populated areas of cities and towns or over groups of people in the open air, flights below 300 metres (1000 feet) AGL above the highest obstacle within a 600 m radius of the aircraft and below l50 metres (500 feet) AGL above the ground or water surface in other areas are prohibited.
For more information, see the Airport Rules.

38.  Noise abatement procedures

Avoid flying over neighbouring settlements. No idling of engines, operation of auxiliary power units, operation of various filling aggregators for engine testing during maintenance is allowed at the airport, except for the required pre-take-off engine test, which must be performed on the runway and is therefore equivalent to noise during take-off. Engine running under the conditions specified in the air operations shall be carried out with care for the minimum time and with minimum noise impact, taking into account the safety of persons and the blowing of objects.
