38.  Noise abatement procedures

It is prohibited to fly motorised aircraft over surrounding residential areas below I600ft AMSL.
Take-offs must be made after climbing the traffic circle, avoiding residential areas.
No aviation activities other than take-off and landing procedures (training and calibration flights) may be conducted at the airport except during daylight hours, subject to a separate operator's permit.
No idling of engines, operation of auxiliary power units, operation of various charging aggregators, engine testing during maintenance are permitted at the aerodrome, except for the required pre-take-off engine test, which must be performed on the runway and is therefore equivalent to take-off noise.
