37. Local aerodrome regulations
You must have the permission of the airport manager to take off and land in a direction other than the runway direction.
In the case of a take-off on runway 14, when the aircraft has reached the safe altitude and speed for the turn, turn (right) 190 degrees at the intersection of the main road 6 and fly out over road 6 between the two parts of the Baracs settlement and leave the populated area before starting the next turn. If unable to do so, make the right turn when you reach the Danube. On take-off heading 32, execute the left turn at the junction of the M6 motorway, leaving the populated area between the two Baracs settlements over the motorway. In the northbound direction, make the right turn to exit over the M6 motorway.
Take-offs and landings are only permitted from the runway and from LHDV fields of operations I and II, for both powered and unpowered aircraft. Deviations from this rule are only permitted with the prior permission of the airport technical manager.
Traffic circle altitude: 1000' AGL / 1400' AMSL.
When landing on Runway 32, crossing Highway 6 below 30 m / 100 ft AGL on the final straight is prohibited.
Aircraft performing local flights:
A local flight is considered to be a local flight if the departure and arrival airports are the same and the aircraft is not more than 20 km from the airport. For local flights, the use of an operational OGN or FLARM transmitter and an operational radio is mandatory for all aircraft.
Only aircraft the commander of which has been authorised by the operator or the technical manager of the aerodrome to use the aerodrome shall use the aerodrome.
The operator shall endeavour to keep wild animals out, but their presence cannot be excluded.
For more information, see the Airport Rules.

38. Noise abatement procedures
Flying over the settlements of Kisapostag and Baracs with a powered aircraft - except for landing and take-off - below 625 m / 2050 ft AMSL is FORBIDDEN! (The airport technical manager may grant an exemption from this provision for aircraft whose noise level allows this.)
In the case of a take-off in the direction of runway 14, when the aircraft has reached the safe altitude and speed for the turn, turn (right) 190 degrees at the intersection of Highway 6 and fly out over Highway 6 between the two sections of the Baracs settlement and leave the populated area before starting the next turn.
If unable to do so, make the right turn when you reach the Danube.

Engine starting and running is only permitted on the airside.
