37.  Local aerodrome regulations

When leaving the Budaörs traffic area, aircraft equipped with engines that have not been previously notified must report to Budaörs radio on 124.510 CH.
Deviations from the local flight en-route area of this document are possible for safety reasons at the discretion of the commander.
On weekends, local training flights may only be conducted between 09:00 and 12:00.
During local training flights, the use of an operational OGN or FLARM transponder is mandatory for all aircraft.
After sunset: 2 days per week, weather permitting, after sunset - but no later than 22:00 local time.
At Budaörs airport, only aircraft equipped with operational radio equipment may operate.
Compliance with the rules for the operation of SSR transponders in Regulation SERA.13001 are mandatory as follows:
(a) If an aircraft is equipped with an operational SSR transponder, the pilot must operate the transponder at all times during flight, whether the aircraft is inside or outside airspace in which SSR is used for air traffic services purposes.
(b) Pilots shall not operate the IDENT function unless requested by air traffic services.
Only aircraft whose commander has been authorised by the operator to use the aerodrome may use the aerodrome.

38.  Noise abatement procedures

Noise abatement procedures aim to reduce the noise generated by aircraft at the airport and in populated areas affected by take-off and landing operations
- In order to protect and reduce noise in residential areas, noise from motor vehicles and aircraft aircraft may carry out operations as described in this document. local flight paths
- Motorised aircraft may fly over residential and recreational areas below 1000' AGL only when performing landing and take-off procedures, except for emergency procedures

Compliance with noise abatement procedures is not mandatory in the following cases:
