37.  Local aerodrome regulations

The airport can only be used with the prior permission of the airport operator or under contract.
At the discretion of the owner, the airport may only be used by contract or ad hoc licence holders with aircraft up to a maximum take-off mass of 5.5 tonnes (MTOM), but only for a maximum of 60 operations per month. The pilot in command of the aircraft using the airport is responsible for compliance with the aircraft flight manual.
The "Bihar Airport" is operated by the "LHB09 Bihari-sík II." is located at a distance of 1,854 m east of the environmentally restricted airspace.
Taking into account the wind directions, flights can be operated at the airport on the following runways:
- for runway 03, left and right school circles
- left and right school circle for runway 21
Traffic circuits and minimum altitude above populated areas are flown at 1,000 feet (300 m AGL).
The commander of an aircraft shall, when flying in the left-hand circuit after take-off on runway 03, ensure that the agricultural road at 1,770 m 300° from the runway of the aerodrome, which is parallel to the runway - below 450 m AGL, so as not to violate the "LHB09 Bihari-sík II." environmentally restricted airspace.

38.  Noise abatement procedures

The Bihar Airport - Biharkeresztes Airport is a part of the "LHB09 Bihari-sík II." environmentally restricted airspace.
The "LHB09 Bihari-sík II." the following local regulations shall apply in order to reduce the noise impact of the environmentally restricted airspace:
- aircraft engine checks requiring a power setting higher than the base throttle shall be carried out only on the take-off runway;
- The traffic circle height is 300 m AGL. Deviations from the prescribed traffic circle are permitted only for reasons of flight safety;
- for arriving and departing motorised aircraft, it is prohibited to fly over populated areas below 300 m AGL;
- arriving and departing aircraft must not land on the "LHB09 Bihari-sík II." shall be prohibited to fly above an environmentally restricted airspace below 4500 m (1,500 FT) AGL;
Taking into account the wind directions, flights may be operated on the following runways in use at the airport:
- for runway 03, left and right school circles
- for runway 21, left and right school circles
