At the discretion of the owner, the airport may only be used by contract or ad hoc licence holders with aircraft up to a maximum take-off mass of 5.5 tonnes (MTOM), but only for a maximum of 60 operations per month. The pilot in command of the aircraft using the airport is responsible for compliance with the aircraft flight manual.
The "Bihar Airport" is operated by the "LHB09 Bihari-sík II." is located at a distance of 1,854 m east of the environmentally restricted airspace.
Taking into account the wind directions, flights can be operated at the airport on the following runways:
- for runway 03, left and right school circles
- left and right school circle for runway 21
Traffic circuits and minimum altitude above populated areas are flown at 1,000 feet (300 m AGL).
The commander of an aircraft shall, when flying in the left-hand circuit after take-off on runway 03, ensure that the agricultural road at 1,770 m 300° from the runway of the aerodrome, which is parallel to the runway - below 450 m AGL, so as not to violate the "LHB09 Bihari-sík II." environmentally restricted airspace.
For more information, see the Airport Rules.
