1. GENERAL

The development works of LHBP Cargo Apron includes:

Redesign of Cargo Apron (AD 2-LHBP-PDC/4).
Construction of MARS type parking positions designed for two(2) B747-8F size and four(4) A321 size aircraft.
Other associated works.

2. PERIOD OF CONSTRUCTION

The development project will started in Q3 2022 and the competition is scheduled for the Q3 2023. The works are phased and the relevant information for each phase will be disseminated by AIP supplement and activated by NOTAM. The actual closure restrictions will be published by NOTAM.

3. PHASE A

Commence and actual finish of the phase will be notified by NOTAM.

Involved areas: Whole Apron Cargo, stand C1, C1L/R, C2, C2L/R, Taxiway E, Taxiway A8, A9.

3.1 TRAFFIC INFORMATION AND RESTRICTIONS

Restrictions on parking stands at Cargo Apron:

Whole Cargo Apron is CLOSED!
All Cargo flight will be relocated to Apron 2, and RWY 13L/31R.
At Apron 2 due to alternate parking, all cargo ACFT is escorted by FOLLOW ME and positioned by Marshaller.
On RWY 13L/31R due to alternate parking all aircraft is escorted by FOLLOW ME and positioned by towing truck supervised by Marshaller.
Due to reduced safety distance between service road and TWY A8-A9, all ACFT with wingspan higher than 36 M will be escorted by FOLLOW ME on TWY A8-A9.
